The Big Carrot has been a community-focused, natural foods retailer since 1983, with strong brand equity evoking passion, expertise and trust.

 

Rodmell developed a new brand identity for this retail institution, respecting the brand’s heritage and evolution while promoting quality, sustainable food and exceptional customer experiences – values which have always been at the heart of The Big Carrot.

RETAIL EXPERIENCE

To help The Big Carrot with the opening of their first new store since 1983, Rodmell & Company developed a new retail concept that drew on the fun, inviting, and interesting elements of the original store while reimagining the space for a new neighborhood.

INTEGRATED COMMUNICATIONS

An integrated marketing communications strategy and a suite of creative solutions were developed for The Big Carrot, with the following objectives:

  • Create excitement around the brand refresh

  • Interact with existing customers in ways that encourage brand loyalty and increase commercial activity

  • Encourage new customers to engage with the brand and ultimately become loyal customers
