Tractor Supply Company (TSC Stores) challenged Rodmell to create powerful private-label brands in its workwear and tool categories. The goal was to develop new brands that could rival national competitors in quality and appeal, giving TSC’s customers durable, dependable options under their own labels.

We partnered with TSC to launch two standout brands from the ground up. For OxGear, a workwear line, we crafted a bold positioning and iconic brand identity that reinforces toughness and expertise. For Stärkmann tools, we established a brand platform built upon quality, and a cohesive package design that instills trust. Both brands were supported by comprehensive guidelines to ensure consistent rollout across product lines.
