Develop an exciting, engaging and memorable loyalty campaign to support the Journie Rewards and Aeroplan points integration.
The Action
The "Take Your Rewards to New Heights" campaign effectively built the narrative that customers “get more” when they link their accounts. An iconic hot air balloon with suspended car visual represented freedom and adventure and become a lasting symbol that connect Journie and Aeroplan in a memorable way.

VIP Experience
Immersive gas station takeovers included VIP experiences at select Pioneer, Ultramar, and Chevron locations across the country. Customers were greeted by uniformed attendants, and treated to complimentary services and snacks, all while being educated on how to make the most of their Journie and Aeroplan memberships.
