Canadian Tire’s Outbound brand had plenty to offer outdoor enthusiasts looking for value-priced recreation equipment and accessories, but the products needed better presence on shelf and more consistent brand application across categories.

The Action

Rodmell successfully repositioned Outbound by evolving the brand identity and developing comprehensive brand guidelines. A more impactful package design with improved messaging and focused product features helped elevate the appeal of this value brand without overpromising.
