Proud retailer, MacEwen, was frustrated by assumptions that its C-store was just another dingy convenience mart selling subpar goods beside a fuel stop. They wanted help boosting customer perception of a quality C-store in an industry with a challenging image.
The Action
Rodmell helped MacEwen reshape its C-store concept by developing a new brand called “County Line”.
A warm and engaging visual identity, refreshed exterior design, improved on-site communications, and enhancements to pumps came together to raise quality perception, build trust, and resonate with desired customers.
