Our client had a vision: Create a new, more personalized pharmacy experience, where pharmacists can work more closely with customers. And it had to be disruptive.
The Action
We brought the vision to reality with competitor and CX insights, a solid strategic brand foundation, and creative execution. The result was Hello Pharmacy – a fresh retail concept anchored by a friendly, yet market-disrupting name and brand identity, with creative brand applications that signal a new experience.

Brand Name & Identity
Pushing past conventional competitor names, we zeroed in on ‘Hello’ as a unique, impactful banner name. We brought Hello to life visually through strong colours and a brand identity that balances approachability with stability. The wordmark is paired with a loop icon symbolizing total health, deep-rooted care, and balance.

Retail Experience
The bright and uplifting store design creates a welcoming environment for locals to “Get Healthy and Stay Healthy”. The store layout supported an integrated approach to customer health by bringing the pharmacist closer to customers.
