A complete rebranding and seamless transition of select Highland Farms stores to the new Coppa’s Fresh Market.

The Action

Rodmell guided Coppa’s, through a complete retooling of their retail experience. Contemporary yet authentic, the concept engaged customers old and new anchored by the essence “A World of Food”. This essence informed a dramatic, yet budget-friendly store refresh, and gave legs to the launch strategy, marketing applications, private label package design, and strategic loyalty insight.

Retail Experience

We delivered a budget-conscious store refresh that transformed the Coppa’s shopping experience. The design introduced impactful signage and décor that created a modern yet authentic market feel. This approach elevated the in-store environment, balanced cost efficiency with brand impact, and helped position Coppa’s Fresh Market as a welcoming, community-driven destination for great food.

Loyalty and Flyer Program

To strengthen value communication and customer engagement, Rodmell built Coppa’s “World of Rewards” loyalty initiative and its flyer program. We optimized the loyalty app, refined customer benefits, and guided launch strategy while ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. Concurrently, we developed a seasonal marketing calendar and flyer creative that drove strong value messaging, encouraged bundle-buys, and reinforced Coppa’s as a destination for special occasions.

Package Design

A new package design for Coppa’s private-label products was created for the brand’s relaunch. Each package showcases the “World of Food” brand essence, and emphasizes incredible freshness, quality, and variety. The cohesive design unifies Coppa’s product line with a consistent look that reinforces the brand identity.
