Brand Identity

A friendly and confident brand identity which reflected the refined brand positioning was anchored by the ‘Heartbeet’ – a bold, brand-defining icon reflecting the retailer’s values of health and care for its customers.

Retail Concept

The reimagined retail environment features inviting store layouts, modern materials, bold graphic treatments, brand storytelling, and product education. The rebrand helped reinvigorate customer interest and loyalty, while drawing in a younger demographic without losing the core audience. The store transformation also earned industry recognition, including a design award for retail innovation.
