BRAND IDENTITY

Coppa’s Fresh Market is an authentic grocery retailer, providing incredible freshness, quality and variety at great prices.

A new brand strategy and identity was developed -  "a World of Food", capturing the spirit of what Coppa’s is all about - bringing the very best, freshest food from around the world and locally to customers.

RETAIL CONCEPT

The customer experience was transformed through a budget conscious store refresh including impactful signage bringing a modern, yet authentic feel to the retail environment.

MARKETING

Development of marketing calendar including concept generation and core creative execution to increase foot traffic or spend of customers in the store.

 

Creative included activations for in-store and flyer based on key marketing calendar seasonal and special events. 

Core objectives included:

  • Driving strong value messages in a clear and engaging way

  • Encouraging upsell through Bundle-Buys

  • Making Coppa’s the destination for  special occasions

  • Building equity in core brand assets

LOYALTY

Consulted on the optimization of the Coppa's rewards app including addressing customer benefits, program evolution, tracking/monitoring, and launch strategy to maximize customer interest.

Creative included look & feel and launch support elements for app, flyer, website, apparel and in-store execution.

BRAND ACTIVATION

In developing the comprehensive Coppa’s Fresh Market brand elements; (i.e. flyer, packaging, reusable bag, grand re-opening support, etc.), creating differentiation and activations that resonate with the target audience were an integral part of the brand refresh.

The Coppa’s brand was built around a Primary Differentiator (“A World of Food”), and a series of supplementary activation concepts that support the brand’s ability to “Win” and “Compete”.
